     For as long as I can remember, I have been helping others. Whether advocating for and serving women, trauma victims, or persons with mental health issues, I have devoted my career to helping others navigate internal and external stressors.   

     I believe that by taking the time, one step at a time, to bring balance to one’s thoughts, emotions, physical and spiritual being, we can achieve a more peaceful way of being with ourselves and others. Healing on all of these levels is possible and worth it.
